What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival, we give a 100% refund of the amount paid. If cancelling after that point, no refunds are given.
What is your payment policy?
Payments are made directly through our partner sites: Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, TripAdvisor, FlipKey, and others.
What is required to make a reservation?
Go to any of our partners and make a reservation. We will then send you a rental agreement.
What are the stay requirements?
You must be age 25, have a valid US driver’s license, pay, and complete the rental agreement.
How do I access the property? Where do I pick up a key?
We have keyless access, so you don’t need a key. You will be given a unique code before check-in.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Can we request an early check-in or a late check-out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We often need the full 4 hours to clean a property before the next guest checks in, but for corporate events we do provide early check-in and late check-out for an additional fee. We also waive our two-night minimum stay. You can check in as early as 6:00 AM and check out as late as 10:00 PM.
What are your check-in and check-out procedures?
They consist of turning off the thermostats, loading the dishwasher, sweeping the floor, removing all items from the refrigerator, taking out the trash, turning off the lights and locking up.
What is included in each rental so that I know how to pack?
We provide towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. We also provide trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher detergent.
What kinds of supplies can I expect for a corporate event or off-site meeting?
For a slight extra fee we can provide easel with easel pad, markers, highlighters, sticky notes, stapler, legal pads, and pens—pretty much whatever you need for your off-site.
How do I connect to the Wi-Fi during my stay?
The Wi-Fi code is labeled on the light switches throughout the home.
What are the bedroom configurations? How many beds/baths?

Do you have air mattresses for additional people?
Yes, but they must be requested in advance as they are stored in an off-site and locked location.
Can the swimming pool be heated and what is the additional charge?
We charge $50/day plus tax to heat the pool. It takes one day to heat the pool, and we will do that prior to your arrival.
How far are the properties from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport? From downtown? From Lake Travis?
From the airport, our properties are approximately 25–45 minutes away, depending on traffic. We are approximately 25–30 minutes from downtown Austin, and 3 to 7 minutes from Lake Travis, depending on the property.
Do you provide any concierge services?
No, but we can provide you with great referrals to transportation, catering, outdoor activities, grocery shopping, personal shoppers, party decorators, chefs and more.
Are any of your properties pet friendly or smoker friendly?
No. Sorry, but we do not accept pets, nor do we allow smoking.
